Before you buy

The first cohort’s offer is for people aged 18 or over living in Spain. You can use Moritura in Spanish or in English, and the contract can be concluded in either language: both versions carry the same price, the same terms and the same rights, and this information is always available in Spanish as well. The language you choose doesn’t change where the service is offered or which law applies. Nothing can be bought today: Moritura is still being prepared and hasn’t opened. During the planned private beta, only invited people will be able to buy, inside the app. Any restrictions on who can buy must be clear before you pay (RDL 1/2007, arts. 97.1 and 98.3).

The seller is Alejandro Carbajo Vidales, an individual acting in his own name. Postal address: Calle Jacinto Benavente 10, 1º Dcha., 24750 La Bañeza (León), Spain. NIF (Spanish tax ID): 71558556J. Phone: +34 699 790 887. Customer service email: [email protected] (art. 97.1(b–d)).

What you’re buying and its limits

You’re buying teaching and practice for your current inquiry: it includes your reflections and evidence, your conclusion and permanent export. The price is €59, VAT included, in a single payment. There’s no subscription and no automatic renewal (art. 97.1(a, e, p, q)).

You’re talking to an AI. It can get things wrong; you check the facts and keep the last word. Moritura doesn’t promise certainty, a particular decision or a life outcome. You can land on a provisional decision, reframe the question, pin down what evidence is missing or consciously decide not to decide. It isn’t therapy, crisis care or a substitute for professional advice. Nobody watches the conversation live (art. 97.1(a)).

This cohort’s service is delivered on the web. You need an internet connection for the AI operations and a browser that supports the WebAssembly app. The purchase collects an email address to identify you; keep your access links and codes safe. The conversation keeps its state on your device, but AI operations send the content they need to the server and to the provider: see privacy. Offline use and uninterrupted availability are not promised (art. 97.1(s)).

The web app uses Kotlin/Wasm and needs WebAssembly with garbage collection (WasmGC) and exception handling. The documented technical minimums, without turning on experimental options, are:

You can use a computer, phone or tablet that has one of those browsers and meets these requirements. On iPhone and iPad, check the system version and the WebKit engine: another browser’s name alone doesn’t prove Chromium compatibility. These minimums describe what the runtime supports; they’re not a claim that Moritura has been tested by hand on every device.

The case file and the conclusion download as text (.txt); the practice also lets you export your data as JSON (.json). You can open the text with a text editor and the JSON with any tool that reads that format. Importing into other services is not promised (art. 97.1(t)).

Duration, pauses and ending

The access you buy doesn’t expire or renew. The planned sessions estimate the effort: they’re not a required minimum or a usage cap. You can pause and pick up exactly where your inquiry left off, with no daily obligation. Finishing it or no longer using Moritura doesn’t trigger new charges and doesn’t by itself delete what you’ve written or bought (art. 97.1(p, q)).

You can leave the process whenever you like. To end the contract, state your decision clearly through help; withdrawal has its own routes, set out in refunds. Ending the contract outside that period doesn’t automatically entitle you to a full refund, but you keep whatever legal remedies apply. Your writing and the materials you bought stay accessible after cancellation, with export and deletion available; if you ask for everything to be deleted, that decision is respected. A pause is not the same as ending the contract (arts. 97.1(p), 106).

Don’t use the service to get unauthorised access, interfere with how it works, do anything unlawful or infringe other people’s rights. Any restriction needed to protect the service must be proportionate, explain its reason and let you complain; it doesn’t allow access that never expires to be withdrawn arbitrarily, nor your legal rights to be taken away (arts. 60–61 and 97.1(p, s)).

If the service falls short

You have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services. The offer and these terms are part of what you can demand. If they’re not met, you can ask for the service to be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. In the cases the law provides, you can demand a price reduction or terminate the contract. These rights don’t run out when the first cohort’s refund period ends (reminder under art. 97.1(n); arts. 117–119 ter).

Customer service and complaints

Help covers support and complaints. The monitored address is [email protected], Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (mainland Spain time), with a reply within 2 working days at most. The postal address for complaints is the seller’s postal address given above (art. 97.1(d, h, ñ)).

The seller hasn’t signed up to any code of conduct or consumer arbitration scheme. You can go to the consumer authorities and the competent courts; these terms don’t limit those routes (art. 97.1(o, u)).

Your mandatory rights and any more favourable legal right are preserved. These terms and the voluntary refund don’t mean you give them up (arts. 10 and 97).
