Your time to change your mind

In the first cohort, you can withdraw without giving a reason within the 14 calendar days after purchase. The period runs from the day after the contract is concluded; the purchase confirmation must give the contract date and the last day to withdraw (RDL 1/2007, arts. 102 and 104(a)).

We refund the full €59 even if you’ve started or finished. We don’t deduct sessions used. Starting doesn’t by itself remove the right of withdrawal; reaching the end of an inquiry doesn’t by itself prove the contract was fully performed either. This first-cohort promise keeps the refund in place during the period stated (arts. 98.8, 103(a) and 108).

Purchase isn’t available yet: Moritura is still being prepared and hasn’t opened. These are the terms planned for the first cohort; you can read them and contact the seller without that opening any payment.

How to tell us you’re withdrawing

Recipient: Alejandro Carbajo Vidales. Postal address: Calle Jacinto Benavente 10, 1º Dcha., 24750 La Bañeza (León), Spain. Monitored email: [email protected]. Contact phone: +34 699 790 887 (arts. 97.1(b–d, j) and 106; annex I).

Say clearly that you want to withdraw, by email or letter. You can copy the model below, but you don’t have to: an unequivocal statement is enough. Give your name, the purchase email and the reference or date of the contract so we can find it. You don’t need to explain why. Don’t send full card details, passwords or access codes (art. 106 and annex I.A).

You can also withdraw online from your purchase area: sign in with the purchase email, press “Withdraw from the purchase” and then “Confirm the withdrawal”. You immediately see a receipt with the date we received your decision, the amount to be refunded and the refund deadline; you can save it with “Save the withdrawal receipt” and we also send it to you by email. It works even if you deleted your account: sign in again with the same email. You can still use a statement by email or letter instead (art. 106; Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 11a, added by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

It’s enough to send your notice before the period ends: you don’t have to wait for support to reply. Keep a copy and proof that you sent it; if you use the online function, keep its confirmation. If the legal information about withdrawal was missing, the extended period that applies still stands (arts. 105–106 and annex I.A).

What happens next

Withdrawing ends the contract for the inquiry you bought. The full €59 is refunded without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of telling us you’re withdrawing. The same payment method as the purchase is used and no fee is charged for the refund. There are no physical goods to return and no return costs (arts. 106–108 and annex I.A).

Your free case file is kept. Access to your writing, export and your deletion rights are preserved. For questions or problems with the refund, see help.

Model withdrawal form — annex I.B

Copy and fill in this form only if you want to withdraw. You can send it by email or by post to the recipient given above.

The email and the reference help us find the purchase; they’re not extra requirements for an unequivocal statement to be valid (art. 106 and annex I.B).

Your other rights are still there

If the service doesn’t deliver what you bought, see the conformity remedies in the terms. The first-cohort refund doesn’t reduce any more favourable legal rights, including the extended period when information was missing. We keep a generous refund policy for misunderstandings about what you bought: you can raise it through help, even outside the ordinary period. There’s no lifetime limit on refunds per person. Explain the misunderstanding and give the purchase email and reference so we can deal with it; this adds no requirements to withdrawal and doesn’t cut your rights (arts. 10, 97.1(n) and 105).
